Processing and forming methods for plastic rolling
Rotational molding, also known as rotational molding, rotational molding, rotational molding, etc., is a technological method used to hollow form thermoplastic materials. Plastic products can be made in a variety of shapes, sizes, and colors (inside and outside). The product features integrated molding and can be manufactured with three layers of foam as needed to enhance the strength of the barrel. The product is lightweight, tough, highly impact resistant, and has good chemical resistance, making it a rare plastic processing and molding method.

2, the production steps of rotomolded products
First, the raw material is crushed into powder or liquefied polymer state, and then it is put into the product mold and heated. At the same time, the mold is fixed for rotation and revolution. When the raw material completely and evenly covers the inner surface of the mold, when the product reaches the gel point, it is cooled and molded, removed, placed in the work area, trimmed the product, and then tested to see if the product meets the warehousing standards.
3、Ordinary roll forming products
